Within the last year, I needed to overhaul my law firm technology and case management software. I chose Mycase as my case management software. I quickly learned that I needed additional attention to the 8amMyCase platform to maximize the platform itself. I found clicks journey and Alexander Falossi that were recommended consultants. Clicks journey has greatly exceeded my expectations by implementing my leads intake forms, custom-built online intake matters, and other related assistance, that has really transformed access to potential clients. Alexander also provided another needed service, overhauling my website. He and his team built me a new website. The website is outstanding and a significant upgrade to my previous website. It is intuitive, user-friendly, and assists in the Google metrics.
